Dr. Alexandrina Pauceanu has spent three years teaching and doing business consultancy in Oman and four years in UAE as academic program chair for innovation and entrepreneurship. She has research and doctoral supervision interests in the field of business management, startups and business context and challenges in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship. She is currently doctoral supervisor and professor with the DBA Program and Research Center at Geneva Business School, Spain.
