Joshua Komesa Sakambuta was born on 31 March 1974 at Chavuma Mission Hospital. Did his primary school at Sewe and secondary at Chavuma Day and Zambezi Boarding. Pursued a Secondary Teachers' Diploma in Science at Nkrumah College and Bachelor's and Master's degrees at the University of Zambia. He is currently a Senior Lecturer and Research Fellow
